Joe is a 1988 graduate of Temple University School of Law

Bankruptcy and Insolvency

 

Joe has successfully represented both Debtors and Creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13
cases. During the course of his career, Joe has handled approximately 2,200 bankruptcy matters
including adversary proceedings, preference, turnover actions, fraudulent transfers and stay relief motion practice.

Joe has developed tools and techniques which he uses to help clients under the Fair Debt
Collation Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, Regulation X, the Consumer Leasing Act and the
Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act specifically mortgage loss mitigation. Joe has written and developed case protocols for the handling of these matters.

 

Appellate Litigation

 

Joe has represented both civil and criminal clients before the United States Circuit Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Court.

 

Criminal Law.

 

Joe has defended clients with charges ranging from homicide, mail fraud, wire fraud,
possession of controlled substances and distribution through trial and appeal.
