Mr. Yazici provides legal counsel to new entrepreneurs, established international and local businesses, investors and individuals in a variety of business and transactional matters, including but not limited to, business legal planning; advising on legal aspects of risk management and corporate financing of current and potential business structures and entities, acquisitions, and dispositions of businesses, real estate purchase and investment, joint ventures, contracts, trademark/copyright, US immigration, and nationality law. He represents local, national and international businesses and individuals in both state and federal courts, and before many U.S. Government and State agencies.

Prior to 1996, before immigrating to the U.S., he was a practicing lawyer in Istanbul, Turkey focusing in Admiralty and Maritime Law, Bankruptcy, Corporate, and International Commercial Law. In Istanbul, he served as the General Counsel for an import-export, international shipping group of companies for 7 years. In this role, he oversaw all legal matters relating to the company and its operating subsidiaries. He also served on the advisory and governing boards for multiple companies in varying industries and community organizations.
Shortly after moving to the U.S.A., Mr. Gokhan Yazici joined Aetna Healthcare Inc. as a billing manager, in New Jersey.  He left his position with Aetna after 3 years to pursue a Masters of Law degree. He has also successfully founded, owned and operated several businesses in Pennsylvania in service, property management and contracting industries. He has sold these ventures after operating successfully.
Mr. Yazici holds an LL.B. degree from Istanbul University Law School and an LL.M. degree from Temple University James Beasley School of Law, where he received the Professor Samuel Gyandoh Award for his outstanding professional and personal service to the law school community.
He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, and admitted to the United States District Court Southern District of New York; United States District Court Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Tax Court.
He is a member of American Bar Association (ABA), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA), and Istanbul Bar Association.
He is bilingual in English and Turkish.
